Dimensions, platform weight, speed and battery in this comparison describe the standard models. The SR-C600 150 kg payload option requires confirmation of its configuration-specific specifications.

Choose the mounting footprint

SR-C500 is 500 × 500 × 310 mm. SR-C600 is 600 × 450 × 260 mm. Check the upper module, overhang and center of gravity against each footprint.

Compare sensors and battery options

SR-C500 lists one ToF LiDAR; SR-C600 lists two. Both standard models include one RGBD camera and one IMU. SR-C600 has a 30 Ah battery option alongside the standard 20 Ah battery, and an optional 150 kg payload configuration. Confirm the combined options and operating conditions.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

The questions that determine fit.

  1. Task and environment: floor, route width, obstacles, indoor or other operating conditions.
  2. Payload and geometry: upper-module mass, footprint, height and center of gravity.
  3. Motion: required turning behavior, speed and route constraints.
  4. Software: ROS distribution, OS, drivers, navigation configuration and customer algorithms.
  5. Supply scope: quantity, accessories, documentation, support and acceptance criteria.

Published maximum and rated payload labels use different definitions. Assess the selected platform under the intended load, speed and conditions. Runtime and application performance need configuration-specific validation.
